Our newest apartment consists of one large space divided into sleeping area with a 140 cm wide double bed and a kitchen/dining area. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower. The terrace in front of the apartment is equipped with a table, chairs and beach umbrella for your outdoor time. The apartment is overlooking pool area and the garden greenery.

Prices

For dates 30.03.2024.-02.04.2024. and 08.06.2024.-16.06.2024. the price increases by 30%

Prices are based on a seven-day rental, for fewer days the price increases as follows: 
- for one night - 100% 
- for two nights - 50% 
- for three nights - 30%

The basic price refers to 2 people in the apartment, extra person is charged from € 10.00 to € 15.00 per day, depending on the season.

House rules

Check in - On the day of your arrival, the apartment will be ready at 15:00.
Check-out - On the day of your departure please leave the apartment by 10:00.

Cancellation

A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required upon booking. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, the deposit will be refunded in full to the guest. In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the service or if the guest does not show up, the host retains the deposit in full.

The price does not include

- residence tax payable € 2.00 per day per person 
- children up to 12 years do not pay the residence tax 
- children from 12 to 18 years pay 50% of the residence tax 
- final cleaning and disinfection of the apartment is charged € 35.00
